9:00 AM - 5:00 PM -  Self Guided Rides and Observation Ride

5:00 PM - Registration Closes

6:30 PM - Annual Business Meeting

7:00 PM - Bingo (2-hours for those not in Business Meeting)

10:00 PM -50/50 Drawing - Hospitality Room closes after drawing

Tuesday July 17

6:00 AM - 9:00 AM - Continental Breakfast -Hospitality Room  

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM  - Hospitality Room Opens Self Guided Tours and Observation Ride

6:30 PM - Brat Feed Furnished by Iowa AGWA

10:00 PM - 50/50 Drawing - Hospitality

                 Room closes after drawing

Wednesday July 18

6:00 AM - 9:00 AM - Continental Breakfast - Hospitality Room

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM  - Hospitality Room Opens Self Guided Tours and Observation Ride

8:30 AM - 9:30 AM  - Bike Show Classification

9:30 AM - 10:30 AM - Bike Judging

8:00 PM - 9:00 PM - Ice Cream Social

9:00 PM - Light show Starts

               50/50 Drawing after light show - Hospitality Room closes after drawing

Thursday July 19

6:00 AM - 9:00 AM - Continental Breakfast - Hospitality Room

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM  - Hospitality Room Opens Self Guided Tours and Observation Ride

10:00 AM - 1-up male and female Field Events

10:45 AM - 2-up Field Events

11:30 AM - Sidecar and Trike 1 up Field Events

12:00 PM  - Last Chance to Draw Poker Run Hands in Hospitality Room

12:15 PM - Sidecar and Trike 2 up Field Events

4:00 PM - Last Chance to Turn in Observation Run Sheets Hospitality Room closes

5:30 PM - Social Hour

6:30 PM - Awards Banquet

Ø      There might be some unannounced stuff or changes so check the Hospitality Room frequently for details.

Ø      The Poker Run may be ridden at any time during the rally.  You may draw your hand at any time that the hospitality room is open on Tuesday, Wednesday or on Thursday prior to noon.

Ø      Door Prize Winning Numbers will be posted daily in the hospitality room.  Please check daily.
